Kt Hepplewhite was installed into our Order in March 2013, just eighteen months before his death. He passed through the Malta Degree in January 2014 but was unable to take office in either Order before he passed away.

He had been initiated into Freemasonry in Howdon Panns Lodge No 5315 in February 1969, subsequently changing Lodges on a number of occasions, joining Dudley Lodge No 5425 in 1974, then Albion Lodge No 5530 in the Province of Durham in 1991 and finally Seaton Valley Lodge No 6239 in 2010.

Advanced in the Mark Degree in 2012, he was a member of De La Val Mark Lodge No 1290 until his death.
